We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the counselling & admission process, addressing their queries, and achieving enrolment targets. Candidates with an experience in the Ed-Tech or Tele-Sales sector are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process.
· Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs.
· Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication.
· Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion targets.
· Maintain soft copy records and update the CRM.
· Communicating the learner’s details and reporting to the authorised management after completing the given task.
· Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
· Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Requirements
· Education: Graduation
· Experience: 1-3 years of stability in an Ed-Tech company or in tele-sales department.
· Smart & presentable fresher can also apply.
· Age limit: within 35 years.
· Language Proficiency: English, Hindi & Bengali.
· Confident while communicating.
Work Details
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
· Working Days: Monday to Saturday
· Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
· Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
