Skills Required-
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

• Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Handling the Inquiries via message, call or other source
• Handle New Customer as well as Existing Customer
• Coordinate with Sales Team
• Sending Company Profile, Catalogues and other details to new customers
• Preparing Quotation • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems in their orders
• Coordinate with Production and Dispatch team for timely delivery
• Payment Follow-up
• Share Packing List, Invoice and Dispatch details.
