Job Description:

Training: Complete rigorous training programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD software solutions, features, and benefits.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of AutoCAD products to prospective clients.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Sales Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.

Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools to track progress, forecast revenue, and prioritize opportunities.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Highly motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
