JD – Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both,
integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory,
accounting, Reports, online orders and many more. Hence, the major part is sales and marketing. So
we are looking for the inside sales executive who has a major role in the organization for the growth
of both employee and company.
Roles & Responsibilities
The executive should be responsible for converting the leads into deal or closure.
They should also assist the organization to plan and host new marketing events.
They should also research and evaluate the marketing strategies of the competitors.
Support the marketing & sales team in daily administrative tasks
Need to generate/search leads online.
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems
(CRM)
To call the max number of existing customers and take their feedback about service and PoS
software.
To explain newly released features to them. Explain marketplace services and convert them
into the positive lead and then guide them for recharge.
Need to achieve the assigned target.
Need to maintain data regarding Visits/calls and send updates on time.
To maintain a good relationship with customers.
They should also assist different employees in the marketing department with various duties
while working.
Skills required -
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
