This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹25000 in a supportive and dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines. Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts. Job Requirements: The candidate should bring 0-0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 10th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 5 days working during the Night shift.
