About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our expanding UK sales team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients across multiple geographies. You will leverage your sales expertise and cross-functional collaboration skills to build strong client relationships and contribute to the overall success of our dental equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies using a mix of cold outreach (phone, email, social media), online research, and networking to identify high-potential leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with target market and business objectives.
Maintain and optimize a robust lead database within the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Consultative Sales Engagement:
Conduct engaging and informative outbound sales calls to introduce our product range to potential clients across diverse geographies.
Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, address concerns, and effectively communicate product value propositions.
Schedule and coordinate qualified lead handoffs to sales representatives for in-depth presentations and deal closure.
Data-Driven Lead Qualification & Analysis:
Utilize CRM data and analytics to assess lead quality, identify trends, and optimize lead qualification processes.
Gather comprehensive client information, including business requirements, budget, and decision-making processes, for accurate lead profiling.
Generate regular reports on lead generation and qualification metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborative Sales Support & Enablement:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling sales proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
Provide proactive administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and CRM management, to ensure smooth sales operations.
Facilitate efficient internal communication between sales and other departments.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
Analyze market data to provide actionable insights that inform sales strategies and product development.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Inter-departmental Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Act as a liaison between sales and other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and address cross-functional challenges.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
Proven experience in a telesales in the UK or USA market
Robust understanding of sales principles and techniques
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong organisational and time management skills
