Job Summary
As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential or existing customers for Home Loan products, leads Conversion, meeting performance targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to customers based on assigned leads or data.
• Introduce HL /LAP products, services, or offers.
• Explain the features and value propositions clearly.
Lead Generation:
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
Sales and Upselling:
• Convince customers to purchase or upgrade products and services.
• Achieve individual sales targets consistently.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle objections and resolve queries efficiently.
Reporting and Feedback:
• Maintain accurate call logs and activity reports.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and challenges.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Adhere to company policies, scripts, and call guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Company standards and data protection Policy.
Skills:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle Queries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Call volume and talk time metrics.
• Lead conversion ratios.
• Sales Targets
• Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
• Quality assurance ratings.
Qualifications
• Graduates/Post Graduates in Finance or Related Fields.
