Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.
Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.
Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.
Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates for this role should have 6 months to 1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in Marathi, Hindi & English. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires 12th & Above and availability to work 6 days during the Day shift.
