Job Overview
We are seeking a fresher or experienced and dynamic Pre-sales Consultant to join our Pro Ventures team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to drive the sales process.
You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, creating tailored solutions, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to support sales efforts in closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements.
• Managing outbound and inbound calls in timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
