Job Description
We are looking for a Presales Executive with a real estate background to generate and qualify leads, engage with potential clients, and assist the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in handling real estate inquiries.
Lead Generation & Qualification
Identify potential buyers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Qualify leads based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Client Interaction & Relationship Building
Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.
Provide accurate details about projects, pricing, and offers.
Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Sales Support & Follow-Ups
Assist the sales team by providing lead insights and updates.
Follow up with prospects to ensure deal closure and maintain interest.
Handle initial objections and queries before transferring to the sales team.
