Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Livnest Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
- Coordinate site visits for interested clients and schedule meetings with sales teams.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, offers, and project details.
- Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
- Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
