Roles and Responsibilities
· Handle inbound /outbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing their needs, answering questions, and offering solutions.
· Identify opportunities to up-sell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
· Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
· Meet daily/weekly targets set for call handling, sales conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, (preferably from Sales Marketing/Insurance industry)
· Should have Good communication skills Hindi & English /Tamil & English with ability to handle calls effectively.
· Shift Timings (09:30 am – 6:30pm)
· 6 days working (Off on Sundays)
