Responsibilities:

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain and organize sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and customer records, Generate regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Customer Communication:Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information, Communicate order status and updates to customers in a professional manner.
Sales Support:Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the availability of relevant promotional materials.
Calendar Management:Schedule sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups, Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability, Collaborate with the warehouse team to track stock levels and shipments.
CRM System Maintenance:Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and current information, Assist in the input of sales data and customer interactions into the CRM system.
Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as needed, Help with the preparation and organization of sales events and conferences.
