We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive with expertise in the BPO sector to join our team in Pune, located at Camp. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹12000 along with a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, striving for a swift resolution.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Marathi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
