We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Rep, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, close sales, and build strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases (CRM).
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns.
Proven experience in telesales or similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.
Persuasive, goal-oriented, and confident.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
