Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several customers each day to discuss products and close sales. We’re seeking an enthusiastic individual who can contribute to our fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers using a provided database to inform them about our products/services.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Understand customer requirements and close sales.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote new offers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and turn them into sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation in any field.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers.
Good negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is a plus.
Fluent in [Mention languages - e.g., Hindi & English].
