  • Ensure all interactions are polite, professional, and helpful, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads for credit card and holiday packages via tele-calling.

  • Use provided tools and data to track potential customers and convert them into actual sales.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.

  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the team leader/manager.

  • Follow the company’s guidelines and procedures for handling customer information.

• Incentive Program:

  • Earn attractive incentives based on the achievement of monthly targets related to credit card sales and holiday bookings.

  • Incentives up to ₹5,000 are offered based on performance.
