· Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
· Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients
· Passionately evangelize our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.
· To achieve the sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.
· To ensure that the old outstanding payments of their allotted accounts are under control.
· Regular Communication with potential clients over the phone, email, text, and in-person to follow up on the project status.
· Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
· Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
· Familiarity with Negotiations & other sales tactics.
· Business goal oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
· Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management to perform multi task and remain calm under pressure.
· Person should have a learning attitude
· Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative. Fresher’s with the right attitude and good communication skills are welcome.
· Must be a Graduate (any stream)
