Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Actively identify and target potential customers in the textile market through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Product Presentation and Sales:
Effectively present the company's textile fabric range, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers, tailoring presentations to specific needs.
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of different fabric types, their properties, applications, and industry standards to provide technical advice to customers.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the textile industry to identify new opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare accurate sales reports, analyze sales data, and forecast future sales performance to inform strategic decision-making.
Trade Show Participation:
Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with marketing, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
