Key Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads and promote company products or services
2) Respond to inbound inquiries from customers and provide relevant information regarding products or services.
3) Identify new business opportunities with existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client retention. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
4) Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
5) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
6)Handle customer objections and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
7) Follow up with leads and clients to ensure consistent engagement and conversion.
