Job Title: Sales Executive
Working days: 6 days working (1 rotational week-off)
Working hours: 8am – 5pm, 10am – 7pm, 11am – 8pm (rotational basis)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Selling international holiday packages to customers.
2) Inbound process.
3) Responsible to generate revenue by convincing the customer to buy the holiday packages.
Ideal candidature:
1) 6months – 1yr of experience in Tele Sales.
2) Good communication skills.
3) Candidate with a good intention to work for a longer stint.
4) Candidate must have all previous employment documents in place.
5) Candidate must not take a lot of leaves during the stint.
Certification process:
1) Candidate who joins us, will be part of a 20 day training program.
2) In this training, they are taken through the product & process.
3) Post the training, they have a certification, where they have to give a mock call.
4) Basis the mock call, they are either declared as Certification Failure or Certification Pass.
5) If they clear the certification, then only they are allowed on the floor.
6) If they fail the certification, they will have to unfortunately part ways with the organization.
