Key Responsibilities:
Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 1 to 2 years of experience (Freshers can apply) and demonstrate proficiency in Excellent English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A minimum qualification of 12th appeared is required, with a commitment to working 2 working days during the night shift.
