As an IT Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our IT products and services, and generating leads to support the sales team. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote IT products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
Product Presentation: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and schedule demonstrations or meetings.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Sales Support: Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team for further action.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the organization.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English.
Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
