JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Visa Sales Executive to join our team. The Visa Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through the sale of visa services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of visa processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Engage with potential customers to promote visa services and convert inquiries into sales.
· Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and processing times.
· Assist clients in filling out visa applications and reviewing necessary documents for submission.
· Follow up with clients to ensure successful application submission and provide updates on application status.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of different visa categories, regulations, and country-specific requirements.
· Achieve sales targets by developing strong relationships with customers and delivering high-quality service.
· Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the visa application process and improve service efficiency.
· Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in visa policies to provide accurate information to clients.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales using CRM software or other tracking systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have minimum 1+ years of experience in tourism field especially in visas.
· Must have good system command over MS office.
· Proven experience in sales, customer service, or visa consultancy.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into sales.
· Knowledge of visa processing procedures and documentation requirements is an advantage.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
