We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or offer services.
Explain product/service details, features, and benefits to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales (if applicable).
Follow up with customers as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not required.
