We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries in a professional manner.
Provide information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, or escalate to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products or services (if applicable).
Work closely with the sales and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call handling and resolution targets.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or telecalling role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [fluent english].
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
