Assist kitchen partners with menu configuration, pricing, and item descriptions.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide ongoing support to new kitchens.
Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, and logistics) for a seamless onboarding experience.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company guidelines.
Gather feedback from kitchen partners and suggest process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in kitchen operations, food tech, or the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to train and support new kitchen partners effectively.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding tools/platforms.
