Role: Telecaller
Location: Chennai (Hybrid/On-site at Crescent Incubation Center)

Compensation: ₹10,000-₹15,000 (based on experience) plus incentives

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from our lead database
Effectively communicate course offerings, schedules, pricing, and unique benefits
Guide interested candidates through the enrollment process
Document all interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system
Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Provide regular updates to sales and academic departments
Attend weekly team meetings to discuss targets and achievements
Minimum 10+2 or any graduate degree
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi beneficial)
Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or EdTech preferred
Effective listening and persuasion abilities
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
