We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller (English Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing product/service information in English & Hindi. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries effectively.Provide accurate information about products/services.Maintain a positive and professional tone on all calls.Follow up with customers as required.Keep detailed records of calls and customer responses.Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and KPIs.Requirements:Good verbal communication skills in English.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.Education:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
