Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller for our Business Loan department. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining business
loan products, and assisting them in the loan application process. This role requires excellent
communication skills and a strong ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell business loans.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Generate leads through cold calling, database follow-ups, and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve doubts related to loan processing.
Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and loan application status.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the loan processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Experience: 2-4 years in Tele-calling, sales, or loan processing with good communication
skills.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (Knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Customer Handling: Ability to handle rejections and customer queries professionally.
