Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home loan products.
Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria for home loans.
Collect basic customer information and assess their loan requirements.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback to the team leader on customer needs and market trends.
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in English and regional/local language.
Basic knowledge of financial products, especially home loans (preferred).
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
