Job Title: Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up with customers, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to promote jewellery products over the phone.
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Share information about offers, new arrivals, and in-store events
Follow up on walk-in leads and appointment confirmations
Handle customer queries related to jewellery collections, prices, availability, etc.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM)
Generate interest and encourage showroom visits
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide excellent after-sales service over the phone
Track responses and report daily call activity to the manager
Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or customer support role (retail/jewellery preferred)
Good communication skills in [languages as needed – e.g., Hindi, English, regional language]
Polite, patient, and persuasive approach on calls
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Presentable and professional over phone interactions
Graduate or 12th Pass with experience in customer-facing roles
Prior work experience in a jewellery showroom or retail industry
