Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing products or services.
Follow up with leads and provide information regarding product features and benefits.
Address customer queries and resolve any concerns.
Document and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
Meet daily or weekly call targets.
Assist in providing feedback to the management team based on customer responses.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic knowledge of using computers and MS Office (CRM experience is a plus).
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
