Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our legal services.

• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into consultations or sales.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and call details.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate legal solutions.

• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (Freshers welcome).

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.

  • Interest in or willingness to learn about legal services (training provided).

  • Resilience to handle objections and rejections positively.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
