Job Description:
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, provide information about our products or services, and schedule appointments. This position requires a confident and articulate individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade and influence potential customers. Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outbound Calling: o Make a high volume of outbound calls (50-100 calls daily) to potential customers. o Introduce products/services and provide detailed information. o Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
2. Customer Communication: Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions. Effectively handle customer objections and close leads.
3. Data Management: Accurately record call details and customer information in the CRM system. Maintain organized records of calls and follow-up activities. Generate call reports as required.
4. Appointment Scheduling: o Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls. o Confirm appointments and provide necessary details to customers.
5. Achieving Targets: o Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead generation targets. o Contribute to the overall sales team goals.
