We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers when necessary.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales or appointments.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues when required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Adhere to company policies and call scripts while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide feedback to the team regarding customer concerns and service improvements.
