Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 2.5 years of experience in tele calling, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
· Handle inbound customer queries and provide necessary information about products/services.
· Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
· Explain products and services to prospective clients and answer their queries.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
· Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Record customer details and feedback accurately in the system.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Key Skills & Requirements:
· 2 to 2.5 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries effectively.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (if applicable).
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
