We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Feedback Specialist to help gather, analyze, and improve seller ratings and customer reviews across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, request feedback, and ensure positive seller ratings while adhering to marketplace guidelines. You will also help identify trends in customer reviews to improve product listings and seller performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collect & Manage Reviews:
• Politely request product reviews and seller ratings from buyers via approved channels (email, SMS, or marketplace messaging).
• Ensure compliance with Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra feedback policies to avoid penalties.
✅ Monitor & Analyze Feedback:
• Track seller ratings, product reviews, and customer complaints.
• Identify common issues and report them to the team for resolution.
✅ Improve Seller Ratings:
• Work with customer support to resolve negative feedback where possible.
• Suggest improvements to product listings based on review trends.
✅ Maintain Feedback Health:
• Ensure high seller ratings (e.g., Amazon’s Order Defect Rate <1%).
• Help maintain a 4+ star average across marketplaces.
Requirements:
✔ Strong written communication skills (English + regional languages a plus).
✔ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Myntra Partner Platform.
✔ Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for tracking feedback.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
✔ Prior experience in e-commerce, customer support, or feedback management is a plus
