Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for , handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and offering services or products to potential customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong customer service orientation, and be motivated to meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services.
Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow-up with leads and customers to ensure successful conversion or resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales or customer service targets set by the company.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone during all calls.
Stay updated on product information, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Good listening skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
