As a Telesales Executive for Machinery Requirements, you'll be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers via phone to identify their machinery needs, promote relevant products/services, and close sales, while maintaining a strong understanding of the machinery industry and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential customers through cold calling, outbound calls, and follow-ups, and qualify leads based on their needs and sales criteria.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the machinery products, their features, benefits, and specifications, and stay updated with industry trends.
Sales and Closing: Effectively present and demonstrate machinery solutions over the phone, address customer inquiries, and close sales by meeting their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process, and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales, and track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Order Processing: Accurately take and process customer orders.
Handling Grievances: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Follow-up: Follow up with customers after initial contact and after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
