Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Real Estate Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our real estate services, and setting up appointments for our sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce property listings and generate leads.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties.
Schedule and coordinate site visits or meetings between clients and sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate sales conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and property details to effectively address client queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
