Engage actively with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce company products and services, leveraging your expertise in commerce.
Act as a Business Catalyst by identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance sales and expand market reach.
Implement effective marketing strategies to assist in the promotion and sales of products and services, aligning with overall company goals.
Effectively communicate product benefits and features to prospective customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain productive relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to develop innovative tele sales strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and follow-up plans.
Ensure daily and weekly sales targets are met and reported accurately to higher management.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services to prospective customers when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in tele sales or a related sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong understanding of commerce principles to effectively communicate the business value of products and services.
Proficiency in Business Catalyst and marketing tools to enhance customer reach and engagement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and drive tele sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
Fluency in local languages and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of resilience to handle customer rejections effectively.
Flexibility to adjust strategies based on collected data and market feedback.
