About the Role:
Cliste Capital is seeking a Fresher or experienced Sales Executive from the Mutual Fund industry to drive the distribution and sales of Portfolio Management Services and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key relationships, driving business growth, and expanding the client base in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution Management
Manage distribution sales for Portfolio Management Services Delhi.
Develop and nurture key relationships with distributors, direct clients, UHNWIs, and family offices.
Drive business growth by strategizing and implementing new sales initiatives.
Client & Partner Engagement
Conduct client meetings (audio, video, in-person) to review portfolios and generate new sales.
Collaborate with RM teams for joint calls and product presentations.
Assist relationship managers in resolving client concerns that require product expertise.
Channel Management & Business Expansion
Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network.
Work on data-driven solutions to improve sales performance and increase AUM.
Must-Have Qualifications:
0-2+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience exclusively in the Mutual Fund sector.
Strong expertise in Portfolio Management Systems and AIF product sales and relationship management.
Proven track record of managing key distribution channels and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have:
Experience in handling UHNWIs and family offices.
Strong analytical mindset to derive insights from sales data.
Strategic thinking with the ability to drive business expansion initiatives.
