We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller cum Counsellor to join our EdTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, counseling them about our courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and guidance skills to help students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain our courses and programs.
Counsel students about career opportunities and help them choose the right course.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete guidance on admission procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure conversions.
Maintain an updated database of prospective students and track interactions.
Address student concerns regarding course curriculum, fees, and certifications.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve admission targets.
Participate in webinars, educational events, and promotional activities.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Education, Sales, or Marketing background preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Counseling, or Sales (EdTech experience is a plus).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Convincing and persuasive approach to sales and counseling.
Ability to handle objections and resolve student queries effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
