Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify companies participating in tenders.
Find the right person to contact within companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand clients’ needs and present the right product.
Help clients subscribe to relevant tenders.
Send sample tenders and proposals to clients based on their needs.
Negotiate deals and close sales.
Ensure smooth payment process after closing deals.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in telesales or business development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
