Role Overview: Engage with potential candidates via phone to assess their suitability for Delivery Partner positions across India.
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential delivery partners to gauge interest and suitability.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct brief interviews to verify eligibility and discuss job requirements.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to set up interviews.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses.
Reporting: Provide daily updates on recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th Pass; Graduation is a plus.
1–5 years in telecalling or recruitment roles.
Fluency in Hindi Telugu Tamil /or regional languages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
