Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of tele callers.& Set and monitor team performance against KPIs and sales targets.& Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and achieve goals.& ;Facilitate a positive and productive work environment.& Handle customer escalations and ensure efficient issue resolution. Call Center Operations:Manage both inbound and outbound calls, including cold calling and following up with customers. Ensure adherence to company guidelines and protocols during telecalling. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Sales and Customer Service:Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets by maximizing the sales potential of each call. Develop and implement sales strategies and techniques. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Training and Development:Provide ongoing training and development to team members on products, services, and sales techniques. Ensure team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively. Reporting and Analysis:Prepare reports and documentation based on telecalling activities and outcomes. Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance. Forecast sales and track performance against targets.
