Job Description: We’re looking for a high-performing Team Lead to manage and coach our inside sales team while actively driving outbound calls, lead generation, and closures. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, build a strong sales pipeline, and work closely with the GTM team to align strategy and share customer insights. Roles & Responsibilities: • Own and achieve individual lead generation and conversion targets through outbound calling • Actively prospect and build a healthy pipeline of leads for the business • Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to meet collective and individual goals • Coach and guide the team on outreach quality, objection handling, and closure techniques • Ensure daily activity tracking and CRM discipline — for both self and the team • Review team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions • Share market insights and customer feedback with the GTM and product teams • Support in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members as the team scales
