Job Title: Team Leader

The Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives. This individual will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key client relationships, and collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, inbound/outbound strategies, and partnerships.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and sales enablement tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsells and renewals.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM tools.
Results-oriented with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
