📞 Make outbound & receive inbound calls to promote our digital marketing services.
❄️ Conduct cold calls to attract potential clients and close deals effectively.
🗣 Follow call scripts while adapting your approach to suit customer needs.
📝 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
🤝 Build lasting relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
🎯 Achieve weekly sales targets and maintain quality standards.
💡 Share customer insights to improve sales strategies and offerings.
Passion for communication and connecting with people.
Basic knowledge or experience in Telecalling or Customer Service (0–1 year).
Strong persuasive skills and a customer-first mindset.
Must be fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
Must be available for full-time (6 days a week) in the day shift.
